Woodlawn Ave.

Location

Woodlawn is the only street in Summerhill that runs both east and west of Yonge Street. Woodlawn starts at a parkette that is shared with Summerhill Gardens and runs west to De La Salle campus where it turns north to meet Farnham Ave.

Description

On the east side of Yonge, the residences are mainly on the south side with a few magnificent historical properties on the east end at the top of the hill. There is also a great local restaurant at the corner of Yonge, Brownes Bistro. On the west side there are a couple of boutique condo buildings. Most of the homes on the north have parking, but the homes on the south have the coveted backyards.

Recent Sale Prices

There has only been one sale on Woodlawn in 2009 for $1,940,000. In 2008 there were 5 sales with the average price of $1,383,000
