Summerhill Ave.

Location

Summerhill is obviously the areas namesake street and runs east from Yonge street into the train tracks. It actually carries across the train tracks and all the way through North Rosedale to Bayview Ave.

Description

There are a lot of really nice homes in the little pocket near Yonge. You can find Victorian and Edwardian Detached homes, Semis, new townhouses and duplexes. There is the Summerhill Subway station that has been there since 1965 and accesses the Yonge- University/Spadina line. There is another little street that circles off of Summerhill called Summerhill Gardens. This street is on a steep gradient and has some very luxurious homes on it.

In 2009 there have been no sales in the Summerhill area section of Summerhill Ave or Summerhill Gardens.
