Balmoral Ave. is at top of the hill and runs west from Yonge to Avenue Rd.

Description

Many of the homes have front pad parking. The homes on the north side have small back yards with very quiet neighbours behind them. The south side has deeper lots that go back in tiers and have some nice views of downtown. Most of the homes are Victorian or Edwardian with a few new high end Townhouse complexes.
