Alcorn Ave.

Location

It use to flow from Yonge Street all the way to Avenue but for the purpose of traffic diversion they put a permanent planter and sidewalk roadblock near the end of the west side so it no longer flows through. The street that is on the other side of the roadblock is Oaklands Ave.

Description

Alcorn is another small quiet street in the Summerhill area.  There are some really nice Victorian row houses and new infill townhouses along Alcorn. Very few of the homes have any parking it is mostly city permit parking and all of the yards are small.  You can connect up to Walker Ave but there is no exit other than Yonge Street.
