Now that we know what our goal is we can start shopping. I will keep you informed about all the real estate activity in your areas of choice. I will e-mail daily listings to you and can arrange to show you as many as you want.

Buy It,
When we have decided on your dream home I will draw up a Custom Agreement of Purchase and Sale to fit your needs. I will then present it to the owners and negotiate it on your behalf.
Close It,
After we have successfully purchased your home I will be in regular contact with you to ensure all of the details are being addressed. You get me right up to and beyond the closing date.
